In Spain from 24 to 48 hours, except on high season dates when delivery is estimated between 2/3 working days, in Europe from 2 to 7 calendar days and in the rest of the world 15 calendar days, from the date of Confirmation of Shipment.

The price includes shipping costs if the shipment is to the Peninsula, but excludes shipping costs outside the Peninsula, which will be added to the total amount (shipping costs are the same as return costs, see return costs table).



The term to make returns is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. 

The item must be in its original condition and packaging. As well as with all its accessories and labels. Changes or returns of those garments that do not meet these conditions or have been used will not be accepted.

The term to notify the brand of defects in the garment is 24 hours from receipt of the product.

Return shipping costs in the Iberian Peninsula are €10.

Canary and Balearic Islands and rest of the world, the shipment must be processed by the client himself, sending it to the following address: Claudio Coello 32, 1 interior izquierda 28001, Madrid.

After examining the article we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid (excluding shipping costs). The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the item(s) in our warehouses. The refund will always be made in the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase and will be the same amount that was paid less shipping costs.


Size changes cannot be made. To make a change of any product you will have to return the unwanted product, following the steps explained above and proceed to make a new purchase of the desired product.
