Returns 

The deadline for returns is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. 

The item must be in its original condition and packaging. As well as with all its accessories and labels. Changes or returns of those garments that do not meet these conditions or have been used will not be accepted. The deadline to notify the brand of defects in the garment is 24 hours from receipt of the product.

After examining the item, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid (excluding shipping costs). The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s) in our warehouses. The return will always be made in the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase and will be for the same amount that was paid minus the return costs.

We inform you that under no circumstances will we be obliged to reimburse you for shipping costs other than those incurred such as taxes, duties or customs expenses. 

Changes 

Size changes will not be allowed. To make a change of any product you will have to return the unwanted product, following the steps explained above and proceed to make a new purchase of the desired product.
